Our ultrasonic flowmeter delivers reliable ultrasonic flow measurement for liquid media. As a robust ultrasonic flow transmitter, this flowmeter ultrasonic type features non‑intrusive installation, no pressure loss and low maintenance. Widely adopted in water, chemical and industrial piping for accurate, long‑term volumetric flow monitoring.
All You Need to know About Ultrasonic Flow Meter

Ultrasonic Flow Meter Working Principle
Ultrasonic flow meter works on transit time ultrasonic principle. Equipped with flow sensor ultrasonic, also known as ultrasonic flow rate sensor, this non contact flow sensor mounts externally on pipe wall. It transmits and receives ultrasonic flow signals. When liquid flows inside the pipe, the downstream ultrasonic signal travels faster while the upstream one slows down. The meter calculates the time difference to compute ultrasonic flow and volumetric flow rate. Without cutting the pipe into media, it brings no pressure loss, ideal for water and various clean industrial liquids
Advantages of non contact ultrasonic flow meter
Non-Intrusive
No direct contact with the fluid, reducing wear and tear.
High Accuracy
Can measure flow rates with precision, especially in clean liquids and gases.
Low Maintenance
No moving parts, minimizing maintenance requirements.
Wide Application
Used in industries such as oil and gas, water treatment, chemical processing, etc
How Does ultrasonic water flow sensor Work?
The Ultrasonic Meter, also known as clampon flow meter or clampon meter, measures flow ultrasonic using transit-time technology. Two sensors are clamped externally on the pipe wall without pipe cutting. They send and receive ultrasonic signals through the liquid. Fluid flow alters the sound wave travel time. The meter calculates this time difference to get flow velocity and volumetric flow rate. This non-invasive clamp-on design creates no pressure loss, with simple installation and low maintenance for industrial liquid measurement.
